Education Qualification For BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2024
Candidates must have completed a full-time B.E/B. Tech or M.E/M.Tech Degree in any one of the following disciplines:

BEL Trainee Engineer Salary Details:
- 1st year: Rs. 30,000 Per month
- 2nd year: Rs. 35,000 per month

Selection Process:
- Candidates will be selected through the written test to be shortlisted for an interview. The specific number of shortlisted candidates will be determined in a 1:5 ratio based on merit within each category.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The 15% marks will be based on the interview and the 85% marks will be based on the written test.
- The final selection will be based on the combined score from the written test and interview. Successful candidates will be notified through email and the list will be posted on our company website.
