The starting salary for a Management Trainee (MT) at Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) is Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000 per month (E-1 grade), according to the latest recruitment notification (Advt. No. 07/2023).
This base salary is further supplemented by various allowances and benefits, including:
- Dearness Allowance (DA): Currently at 43.8%, subject to periodic revisions.
