- Fill up the application using a blue or black ballpoint pen only, do not use a pencil, fountain pen or gel pen.
- The application should be written in English only.
- Application signed in spaced-out letters or capital letters will be considered invalid
- Attach all the attested copies of the required documents.
- Paste a recent passport-size-coloured photo with a white background.
